NJ Turnpike - Exit 14 (not A,B or C!) for Newark Airport. Bear to the right toll bots, because you have to exit to 1-9 North, you first exit after you pay the toll. Less then 1/4 mile, exit to Delancy Street. At the bottom of the ramp make a left and a quick right at the traffic light, onto Stockton Street. At next traffic light make a left onto Wilson Avenue. Turn right on next street onto Rome Street. Go for three blocks and make a left into St. Charles Street.

From Route 21 - If from 21 North, make a right onto Raymond Boulevard. If from 21 South, make a left onto Raymond Boulevard. Raymond Boulevard becames a one way street, going west, so you have to go onto Market Street. Go for about 1/4 mile - you will pass by River Bank Park on your left hand side. After the park, on the second traffic light (Mott Street and junction of Market and Ferry Streets) make a right onto Ferry Street and the an immediate left onto St. Charles St.

Follow above instructions and look at the map. They are about the same. The Park is located on Market Street, which is a way way street west/east. You can see that in the map indicated by red arrows on the streets.
